Made with our proprietary silicone formula our liners can outlast most sockets and componentry of today’s standard prosthetics. Our liners are formed 1/4” above the trim line of a standard bk socket. They are “fluffed” on rather than rolled up giving the patient a more comfortable fit. They are approximately 5mm thick with the distal end being nearly 10mm. Thickness can be varied and we have experience with difficult fits as well and wedge fit liners.

We can create your patient’s liner from either a plaster positive model or a clear check socket. We will return liner with your positive model or in the case of a check socket our positive plaster model mounted on a 3/4” pipe.

We formulate our special 100% silicone materials without any plasticizers so they will remain pliable and resilient over the life of the sleeve. We can confidently guarantee our silicone is stable and will not continue to cure over the standard life of a prosthesis.
